TITLE Boxing Club teaches students the fundamental skills of the sport of boxing in Columbus, Ohio.
Boxing involves the whole body from the top of the head to the soles of the feet, making for outstanding cardio and aerobic workouts. In addition to being a great option for weight loss, boxing also teaches the essentials of self-defense. We offer traditional boxing classes along with kickboxing classes. Each of our gyms has multiple bags for a great boxing workout as well as cardio equipment so you can work on your stamina. Get a membership to our health club and gain access to our Polaris and New Albany locations as well so you can stop for a workout no matter what part of the city you're in.
